Box Office Sales
We accept all major credit and debit cards, except American Express.
We do not post tickets. You can collect the tickets any time from the time of booking, up until the night of the show. Please bring the card you paid with for identification.
You can also book tickets online. Just click the “book online” button underneath the pricing information on a production’s listing page.
When booking offers online please note that you can only book for one show offer per transaction, if you want to book offers (e.g. family tickets) for two different shows, you will need to complete the booking for each individual show in a separate transaction in order for both offers to apply. Alternatively, give us a call on 0117 902 0344 and we’ll be happy to help.
Please note we do not offer refunds. If a show is sold out then we can try and resell your ticket at the charge of £1 per ticket resold. We cannot guarantee the re-sell of your ticket. If sold, we will refund you via the payment method you bought with. In the event of a cancelled show, tickets can be exchanged to another date of the same performance or a full refund will be issued, including booking fee.
We can exchange tickets for other performances of the same production (subject to availability) if 48 hours notice is given. A £1 Administration Fee will apply for exchanges.
Ticket prices vary for different performances and can be found in What’s On.
Concessions are available for most performances and prices can be found in ‘What’s On’. Concessionary tickets are available for under 16’s, full time students, benefit claimants, registered disabled, over 60’s and Equity members. Valid Student ID will be required upon collection.
Tickets can be reserved for a maximum of 48 hours – full payment is then required. If we do not hear from you by the 48 hour deadline tickets will be released back to public sale. We cannot reserve tickets to be paid on the door on the performance night. Full payment must be received at least 2 hours before the start of a show.
If you are buying tickets for shows in a venue other than Tobacco Factory Theatres or Brewery Theatre, your tickets can be collected either for the Tobacco Factory Theatres Box Office beforehand, or at the venue on the day of the performance. Please bring the card and the confirmation email to collect.
For certain shows, for every ten tickets bought by a school or group, the eleventh is free. Other group discounts may apply. NB This offer is not available online. Please ask the Box Office for further details.
