11am – 6.30pm Monday to Saturday (excluding Public holidays)
As above but with the following exceptions:
Closed Sat 24 and Sun 25 December
Open From 1.30pm Mon 26 December
Open 11am to 3pm Sat 31 December
Closed Sun 01 and Mon 02 January
On days when performances are scheduled, the Box Office desk will be open until the start of the performance. If there is a show scheduled on a Sunday or Public holiday, the Box Office desk will be staffed 2 hours prior to the performance and staff will be contactable by email, but the phone lines will not be open.
ADMINISTRATION OFFICE CLOSURES
The main administration office will be closed from Mon 26 December until Tue 03 January but emails and answerphone messages will be checked sporadically during this time. If you have an urgent enquiry please contact the Box Office on 0117 902 0344 or tickets@tobaccofactorytheatres.com
