DETAILS ABOUT OUR TICKETS AND NEW PRICING

We have recently made some changes to our booking process, so we want to share with you what they are and why we have made them.

    • From February 2018, the majority of reserved shows will have a selection of different prices across the auditorium, giving you more choice about the price you want to pay.
    • We will also be staggering the way we release seats for sale. When a show first goes on sale, the seats available to book will be at the front of the auditorium. As demand grows for each performance, we will release seats gradually towards the back. We believe this creates the best experience for audiences in our intimate and immersive space. The initial release of seats will always include the cheapest price tickets so early bookers will always have access to the greatest choice.
    • Some of the most popular seats in the auditorium will now be more expensive. Whereas the mid and lower priced seats will be similar to or much lower than they were before. As shows get more popular, ticket prices will increase. The lowest price for every show is just £12.
    • Now that we have thousands of tickets priced at just £12, we have simplified our Concessions Policy and will be offering one concession, to children aged 16 years and under. We believe this is the best way of offering affordable theatre tickets to all. Patrons with disabilities will still be offered reasonable adjustments and free carer tickets, please visit our Access page here for full details.
    • These changes are crucial to ensuring that Tobacco Factory Theatres is financially sustainable in the future and to make sure that we’re still producing and presenting incredible theatre for you in years to come.
    • We are a charity and all of our income is put back into the organisation for the greater benefit of audiences, our local community, young people and the development of audiences. We will be offering specific community engagement ticket schemes for people in Bristol who cannot afford theatre, as part of our commitment to ensuring that theatre is open to all.
    • To access the best prices at the earliest opportunity, you could consider becoming a Member of Tobacco Factory Theatres from £4 per month on our Become a Member page here, to get a week’s priority booking for all shows.
