Keen to work with young people? Interested in becoming a drama facilitator but not sure where to start? Join Tobacco Factory Theatres and Travelling Light Theatre Company for our drama facilitator training weekend and start that journey with us.
- Spend a weekend with experienced arts professionals learning how to create and deliver excellent drama workshops for children and young people.
- Develop your ‘games tool bag’, learn strategies for managing groups and get ready for the world of freelancing.

This course is for you if:
- You currently work with young people in some capacity (teaching assistant, playschemes, youth clubs, etc) but don’t have the confidence or knowledge to deliver drama sessions independently
- You are keen to work with young people and have a drama background but no experience running workshops.
- You already work in the arts in some form and wish to extend your experience to working with young people.
