We have sadly cancelled performances of The Canary and The Crow. We are contacting all ticket holders to ask them to gift the cost of their ticket as a donation to the theatre, to credit accounts or to arrange refunds. Please bear with us while we work through this as quickly as we can.

Grime and hip hop-inspired gig theatre about the journey of a working class black kid who’s accepted to a prestigious grammar school.

Middle Child present an award-winning lyrical, semi- autobiographical show from writer and performer Daniel Ward, with original live music by Prez 96 and James Frewer.

Bouncing beats, classical cello and spoken word combine to tell a story of the struggle between a new environment that doesn’t accept you and an old one that has no opportunity.

Middle Child are a Hull-based company who create gig theatre that brings people together for a good night out with big ideas. They tell stories which capture the electrifying moment when the beat drops, mixing original live music with bold new writing.
